1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Pro Makromed ("the Company", "we", "our", or "us"), a seller of diagnostics and research products. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products from the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products
2.1. All products sold by the Company are intended solely for research and diagnostics purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.2. The products are not intended for use in therapeutic applications or for diagnostic purposes unless specified.
3. Pricing
3.1. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
3.2. All prices are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
4. Orders
4.1. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.
4.2. If an item is out of stock, the Company will notify the customer and provide options for replacement or refund.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Products may only be returned with the explicit agreement of Pro Makromed.
5.2. Returns will only be accepted if the products do not meet the standard conditions previously agreed upon between the buyer and the Company.
5.3. Once a return has been agreed upon, the product must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
5.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon receiving and verifying the returned product.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our products.
6.2. The user assumes all responsibility for the appropriate use and disposal of products.
7. Warranties
7.1. Products sold are warranted by the Company to meet the sales specifications stated on the label or in the Company's published literature at the time of shipment.
7.2. Any other warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness, is hereby disclaimed.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and patents, related to the products are owned by the Company or its suppliers.
8.2. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of said courts.
11. Changes to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of the user to review these Terms periodically.
